white screen or cyclorama. Its position depends on if it is possible to hide it in the grid or not. If yes, its position can 1 meter behind the main curtain. If this is not possible, its position is on at the back of the stage, at least 1.5 m from the back wall, behind the black curtain that will need to be hung on a traveller. In any case, the visibility of the whole screen must be guaranteed for all spectators.

One of Jerome Bel's assistant will manipulate the sound during the show, and will also give the cues to the light and the stage managers. It is important to have a sound manager close to this person during the show in case of equipment failure
The sound desk needs to be set up in the audience close to the stage during the rehearsal time

The dancers' costumes need to be washed and a wardrobe person is requested during the rehearsals and, if there are many consecutive performances, also during the performances periods 
2 dressing rooms with water and towels are required, women-men, with access for people with disabilities
a baby-sitter is requested during the rehearsals and the performances. please prepare beds in a quiet place for the children

The organizer is also responsible for providing :
- the calendar and for creating the board, following the instructions given by the

schedule :

The set up has to be done based on the informations given by the technical director of the company and agreed with the technical director of the venue. There are two assistants on tour, but no technician. A visit of the theater and a meeting with the technical director of the venue on the day before the beginning of the set-up of the performance at the end of the afternoon is required. The assistants will confirm the propositions of set-up during this meeting.
